    For our fifth session, we discussed the importance of professionalism and work ethics for effective career development. We also spoke about the importance of good role models and mentors in facilitating one’s career journey.

    We were joined by Mohammad Atif Alam, Senior Business Development & Project Manager, C-CAMP and Nirpendra Singh, Consultant, Regional Center for Biotechnology, Faridabad, who discussed their individual career paths in the field of scientific facility management.

    IndiaBiostreams: Tooling up for an Interview and Exploring Careers in Science Communication

    In this fourth session, we discussed various aspects of navigating the job application process, including crafting quality CVs and resumes, writing cover letters, and preparing for an interview.

    We were joined by Shivani Shah, Senior Managing Editor, Impact Science, Cactus Communications, and Siddharth Kankaria, Science Communication & Outreach Manager, Simons Centre, NCBS Bangalore, who discussed their individual journeys in the field of science communication.
