Applications are invited for the one (01) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with a fellowship as per Science and Engineering Research Board-DST norms in a SERB-DST funded research project (BHU project code No. M‑14/0595). The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 28 years. The age limit is relaxable for 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/​ST/​physically handicapped/​Female candidates. All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.

M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Genetics with minimum 55% marks and must have qualified UGC/CSIR-NET or GATE. 

Desirable Qualifications: The candidate should have prior experience of molecular biology & biophysical techniques, fluorescence microscopy, protein expression and purifications.
