Nucleovir is a Bio-AI cancer immunotherapy startup working to translate scientific discoveries into therapies. Applications are invited for a Research Portfolio Manager to work closely with the founders and scientific teams, coordinating the operational activities that support our research programmes.

The position is suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment and bringing people, ideas, and resources together to make science happen.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee laboratory operational workflows and coordinate research-related activities.
● Facilitate collaboration across scientific teams, operational functions, and leadership.
● Track research priorities, operational requirements, and dependencies.
● Support research data management, documentation, and compliance activities.
● Coordinate laboratory procurement and supply chain requirements.
● Help develop operational processes that support the organisation’s research and growth.

PhD in Life sciences, computational biology or similar fields

• Extensive experience working in interdisciplinary research laboratories.
• An understanding of laboratory workflows and the operational requirements of scientific research.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to complex scientific activities.
• Industry experience is not mandatory.
