The Project fellow should ideally possess excellent skills in molecular biology and cell biology and should be able to establish and maintain cell culture facility. Candidates should be willing to go to hospital to collect cord tissue samples. The project mainly involves isolation of stem cells from cord tissue and analysis of chromatin states and transcriptional regulation

M.Sc in Biochemistry/​Biotechnology/​Biology or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Candidates having research experience in molecular biology and cell biology. Candidates with experience in cell culture biochemical methods such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation will be preferred. Any bioinformatic skill in analyzing data is a huge plus
