Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a ICMR-funded research project.

The project is a joint collaboration between IIT-Madras and Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre, Vellore. The selected candidate will work in the labs of IIT‑M and Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre.

Age limit: 28 years

Three years or up to the termination of project, subject to annual performance review.

As per the ICMR norms

MSc (Chemistry/​Biochemistry); MPharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences); MTech (Materials) or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5 grade points on a scale of 10). 

For the SC/ST category, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 grade points on a scale of 10) in master’s degree.
