The Institute invites applications from Indian nationals having excellent academic record for the following positions purely on temporary and contractual basis under the funded project.

Funding Agency:
Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR / CEFIPRA)

Initially for a period of one year which may be extended subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent

Rs. 36,000/-+ 30 % HRA per month

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. in Physics / Chemistry / Material Science/​Electronics / Electrical Engineering Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis may also apply. 

Candidates must have provisional Ph.D. certificate at the time of joining duties

Desirable:-
Hands on experience on 2D material synthesis, nano-device fabrication, low temperature opto-electronic measurements. Adequate theoretical understanding of charge transport mechanism in 2D materials

Job Requirement:
Fabrication of 2D material based nano-devices and their low temperature opto-electronic characterization to understand the charge transport mechanism
