Center for Computational Natural Sciences and Bioinformatics at IIIT Hyderabad is looking to hire a junior research fellow in the areas of computational chemistry and computational biology. The project deals with studying the effect of addition of cosolvents such as urea, TMAO, and guanidium chloride on the shifts in the protein folding equilibrium. The candidate will use methods such as molecular dynamics simulations, free energy calculations, and high level quantum mechanical calculations. Based on the qualifications and academic performance, the candidate will have an opportunity to join our PhD program starting December 2017.

One year and possibility to extend for two more years.

MSc, MTech or BTech

Prior experience in computational chemistry/​biology is preferable but not necessary.
