Applications are invited for the Junior research Fellow (JRF) post in theScience and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India funded research project (BHU Project Code No.M‑14 – 75) sanctioned for two year. The post is temporary and are co-terminus with the project. 5 years relaxation for female SC/ ST/​physically handicapped candidate and 3 years for OBC candidate (non creamy) will be preferred as per GOI rules. Appointment will be governed by the BHU rules.

Essential: M.Sc. in Zoology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology/​Bioinformatics/​Biostatistics/​Statistics with at least 55% and NET/GATE qualified.

Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in the infectious disease area.
