Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following assignment in a purely time bound research project undertaken in the Department of Life Science of the Institute.

03 years (based on the performance) OR completion of the project, whichever is earlier

Rs.31,000/- P.M. for 1^st and 2^nd year; Rs. 35,000/- for 3^rd year

Essential Qualification:-

M.Sc. in Life Science/​Microbiology/​Biochemistry/​Biotechnology/​Botany/​Zoology/​Genetics or related subjects with 60% of marks or 6.50 CGPA in 10 point scale with GATE or NET of UGC/CSIR/ICMR/DBT/ICAR (Lectureship/​JRF) candidates OR M.Tech. in Biotechnology/​Env. Engg/​Chemical Engg.

Desirable Qualification:-

Research experience or knowledge in environmental microbiology and microbial genomics and proteomics will be preferred.
