Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (www​.instem​.res​.in) is an Autonomous Institution under the aegis of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India invites applications for the post of Post-Doctoral Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Reena Singh, Scientist- E at DBT inStem.

Dr. Singh’s laboratory has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral fellow to work on one or more developmental and stem cell biology projects. Our lab has pioneered expertise in Stem Cell-derived 3‑D organoids, CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, developmental studies utilising murine model, single cell biology (transcriptomics and metabolomics), molecular biology, biochemistry and physiological studies. We are looking for a self-motivated individual interested in learning and contributing to a highly competitive research program in vascular biology and diabetes. Applicants with skills in molecular biology, mouse genetics, mammalian cell culture, stem cell biology, synthetic biology, and physiology are encouraged to apply.

Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (DBT-inStem) is a flagship institute that provides an intellectually stimulating environment and special training opportunities to nurture the next generation of leaders in science and medicine. 

Special training programs are available for Human pluripotent Stem Cells, state-of-the-art Confocal and Light Sheet microscopy, single cell biology, gene editing, murine model, and other technological advances.
