Foundation for Neglected Disease Research (FNDR) is a not-for-profit biotech R&D organization dedicated to discovering and developing novel therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices for diseases with a high socio-economic impact. Since its inception in 2014, FNDR has generated a portfolio of therapeutics in tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteria, malaria, dengue, leishmania, serious
bacterial infections, fungal infections, COVID-19 and RSV, spanning over early-stage discovery to late-stage clinical trials. FNDR’s R&D Centre, which includes state-of-the-art BSL2 and BSL3 laboratories for both in vitro and in vivo research, is located in Bengaluru, India. Foundation for Neglected Disease Research is looking for a project manager with a life sciences background to manage various short term and long-term scientific projects, including internal research projects, collaborative research projects, and grants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the technical team to chart out project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, resources, budgets and reports.
- Track and manage project changes
- Manage communications with internal and external project stakeholders
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Manage project level risks and opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate project initiation, project reviews and project closure.
- Drive the projects forward through efficient task management.

Money
INR 9,00,000/- to 12,00,000/- per annum
Qualification
Master’s degree or PhD in any Life Sciences program.
Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional)
- 3 years+ project management experience in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, contract research organizations, start-up etc.)
