The INCENTIVE consortium is a partnership between Indian and European/​US groups that addresses the global health and economic challenge posed by influenza infections to reduce the worldwide burdern resulting from outbreaks. INCENTIVE’s central goal is to unravel the underlying mechanisms of poor responsiveness to influenza vaccines and advance the development of two next-generation universal influenza vaccines. This will be achieved by comprehensive immunome profiling, identifying predective biomarkers of responsiveness to vaccination to develop new diagnostics, and implementing comprehensive technology transfer and harmonization activities for immunological analysis and data integration. The candidate will help establish a data warehouse for INCENTIVE data from Indian vaccine trials and computational pipelines for multi-omic data analysis.

Candidates must have completed their PhD in Computer Science/​Bioinformatics/​related fields

• At least two tears’ experience in multi-omic sequence analysis
• Expertise in data warehouse management
• Strong communication, data presentation and visualization skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
