Applications are invited from qualified individuals for the post of Junior research fellow available in Dr. Ashish Misra’s laboratory at Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad in an ICMR sponsored project.

The project will combine a variety of genetic and biochemical tools along with microfluidics to design and construct a platform for combinatorial drug profiling in the 3D models of prostate cancer.

Student will also have the option of converting into PhD depending upon satisfactory performance and fulfilling qualifying criteria.

Contract period initially for 1 year and can be extended upon satisfactory performance. 

Rs. 31,000 per month (HRA, if applicable:-24% HRA)

Candidates should have M.Sc. or M.Tech. degree (with minimum 65% marks or equivalent) in all allied areas of Life Sciences including Pharmacology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biosciences and relevant fields.

Desirable Expeerience:-Prior experience or training in cell culture, drug handling and processing, microfluidics and molecular biology techniques is desired. Candidates having valid GATE score or UGC-CSIR JRF/LS (NET), DBT-JRF and ICMR-JRF are encouraged to apply.
