The project explores the ligand-selective conformational dynamics of serotonin1A and the role of cholesterol in its regulation using GPU-enabled high-performance computing, Markov state Modelling, and free energy simulations.

Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences /​MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.

2 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services. 

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Linux OS and biomolecular simulation. Applicants with GATE/UGC-CSIR NET (JRF/LS) /DBT-JRF scores will be preferred.
