Applications are open for the position of ​“Scientist” for the Indigenisation of Diagnostics Program at C‑CAMP. This is a hands-on scientist position responsible for laboratory activities and reporting to the Lead Quality CoE. More information can be found here.

Qualifications: MSc./Ph.D. in molecular biology or any related stream of biosciences with deep domain expertise and hands-on experience in assay development and optimizations preferably for diagnostics of infectious diseases.

IAVI is seeking a highly motivated detailed oriented Scientist to coordinate and ensure scientifically robust execution of projects in alignment with project leads and the scientific Program Lead at IAVI, India and Director, IAVI-NAC. The projects will be on HIV‑1, COVID-19 and other priority disease areas of the laboratory. The Scientist coordinates and works with the team identifying technical gaps and work with NAC in troubleshooting for high-quality outputs. The Scientist plans and leads expansion of scientific research in areas of B‑cell immunology, preclinical and clinical assay development in alignment with ATRP’s and IAVI’s scientific mandate. The Scientist has a strong immunology background, experienced in relevant lab techniques, and is well published with substantial post-PhD experience. More information can be found here.

The Associate Head reports to the Head of the Office of Technology Transfer [OTT]/CEO & Director, C‑CAMP. S(he) will work towards building the long-term vision of OTT. The candidate will work towards implementation of NBM funded programme and reach different levels as part of his/​her core functions. S(he) shall work in close cooperation with the rest of the OTT team to achieve this objective. The ideal candidate will have established experience in handling of IP matters/​commercialization of innovations, particularly life sciences and will have strong connections with industry.
