The American Association For University Women — International Fellowships is a program designed to provide support to non‑U.S. citizen women who are/​wish to pursue full-time graduate or postdoctoral studies in the United States. 

The program is particularly geared towards individuals who intend to return to their home countries to contribute to their professional careers. 

The program supports both graduate and postgraduate studies at accredited U.S. institutions. Applicants must have earned the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree by the application deadline and must have applied to their proposed institutions of study by the time of the application.
