The main goal of this programme is to sensitize stake holders in effective grants management, financial management, online funds management via PFMS, communicating research findings to general audience, policy for science, how to effectively form industry-academia partnerships, set up international offices for strengthening collaborative research etc. All these development skills are aimed at equipping scientists and administrators to contribute in effective planning for utilization of government resources. The USP of this program is that the IISER Academic and Administrative leadership understands the need to share this learning with budding leaders of Indian Science. There will be sessions by experts with case studies which will make the experience useful and applicable to daily work.
