Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following one position in Science Education under the project entitled ​“Curiosity and questioning among school students” This is an R&D project associated with TIFR Hyderabad’s science education and outreach program and supervised by Prof. Jayashree Ramadas.

1 year, extendable up to maximum of 2 years. For JRF 6 months initial appointment is possible with a review at the end of the 6^th month.

JRF: 25000/- + HRA /​accommodation

SRF: 28000/- + HRA / accommodation

JRF- Master’s degree or graduate in a professional course.

Qualitative as well as statistical analyses of large data sets. High level of critical thinking and analytical skills.

SRF- a) 2years JRF experience and qualification same as JRF or b) Master’s degree in a professional course (like M. Tech.)

Willingness to cross disciplinary boundaries. Effective science teaching and communication skills to interact with students.

Lucid writing ability in English and at least one other Indian language (Marathi and Telugu are preferred.
