An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and motivated individual to work within a team pursuing an ambitious program to understand the cellular basis of mental illness. This program, at the Bangalore Life Science Cluster is funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India and involves the use of iPSC-based cellular models of human brain disorders.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

1. PhD in Bioscience or related discipline.
2. A minimum of three years of post-doctoral research experience in cell and molecular biology

Desirable Experience (in any of the following areas):

1. Experience in stem cell biology including iPSC or neural cell-based models.
2. Experience in developing and maintaining large collections of biomaterials.
3. Ability to lead the work of a team with a track record of working within and managing team-based discovery biology
