The Research & Development Team of IIT Gandhinagar invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Program Executive — Industrial Relations.

● Engaging with companies, industries, and philanthropic organizations to identify potential collaborations with academia.
● Engage with IIT Gandhinagar faculty members to facilitate industrial collaborations.
● Managing deadlines, budgets, and program activities.
● Cultivate industry relationships and conduct research.
● Curate ideation modules, transform ideas to execution and concepts into full-scale programs by working with internal team
● Conduct research on like-minded organizations, research institutions, and tech-driven enterprises to explore partnerships and collaborations.

2 year on a contract (Rolling yearly, with assessment and extension at the end of each year)

The remuneration for this post will be based on qualifications and experience and will be in the range of ₹ 45,000−70,000 per month

The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/​science or technology.

• 2 years or more experience in marketing/​networking/​project management OR 
• a postgraduate degree in engineering/​technology/​management. Candidates with prior experience in industrial project curation and implementation, project management, and an understanding of the academia-industry ecosystem in India will be preferred.
