YIM 2022 will include the following types of sessions:

  • Mentor Talks — talks by independent researchers their career journey interspersed with their scientific research
  • Panel Discussions — topics to be discussed at YIM 2022 include interdisciplinary science, funding scenarios in India, building a research group, communicating science.
  • Breakout rooms — these small group informal discussions will be an opportunity to discuss topics such as managing your research ecosystem, addressing diversity and inclusivity in your research group
  • Lounge room — meeting attendees can chat with each other in this virtual coffee break like set up
