A 3‑day Hands-on Workshop on Tools and Methods for Functional Neuroimaging, organised by the School of Biosciences and Bioengineering (SBB), IIT Mandi, in collaboration with Aerobe Pvt. Ltd., focusing on advanced non-invasive neuroimaging techniques: EEG and fNIRS.
A hands-on workshop on Tools and Methods for Functional Neuroimaging is a specialised workshop organised by the School of Biosciences and Bioengineering (SBB), IIT Mandi, in collaboration with Aerobe Pvt. Ltd. The workshop focuses on two advanced noninvasive neuroimaging techniques: Electroencephalography (EEG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS).
The programme will feature expert-led sessions on the principles and real-world applications of EEG and fNIRS across cognitive neuroscience and clinical research. Participants will gain hands-on experience in setting up EEG and fNIRS systems, acquiring data, and performing preprocessing and data analysis using modern pipelines.
Particularly designed for students, researchers, and faculty, the workshop bridges theory and practice, enabling participants to develop practical skills and apply cutting-edge neuroimaging methods in their research
