Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology is organising a Workshop on ​‘Basics in Molecular Cloning’ from 11^th- 13^th July, 2024 at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. 

This workshop is specifically tailored for faculty members, researchers, postgraduates, and industry professionals in the field of life Sciences and related disciplines. In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamental principles of molecular cloning, which include competent cell preparation, bacterial transformation, plasmid DNA isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, restriction digestion, and ligation. The workshop offers informative lectures, practical training, instrument set-up, data collection, and analysis.
