Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the research project at the Nitte University Centre for Science Education and Research, Nitte (Deemed to be University), Deralakatte, Mangaluru.

Funding agencies: Indian Council of medical Research (ICMR), Govt of India

The project is for 3 years. Yearly extension is based on annual review of the performance. The position is co-terminus with the project

Rs. 31,000/- per month + 18% HRA

Master’s degree in Biomedical Science/​Biotechnology/​Microbiology/​Molecular Biology/​Biochemistry/​Any branch of Life Science with at least 60% marks

Working experience with medically important bacterial pathogens and experience in AMR related molecular techniques. Experience in Pseudomonas based project and can work in interdisciplinary research study will be preferred.
