IUSSTF is looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who are passionate about science and interested in contributing to the organisation’s scientific mission and vision. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to multitask, work individually and as part of a team. Responsibilities may include day to day management of scientific programs, developing reports, maintaining database, and reviewing projects technical and financial documents.

Age Criteria: Not to exceed 40 years (as of 25^th July 2024)

Required Competencies

1. Excellent science communication skills (as evidenced by publications, reports, articles, etc.)
2. Excellent Analytical Skills
3. Experience in evaluating Techno-commercial projects
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Data Analysis Tools

Desirable Competencies

1. Experience in Science, Technology, and Innovation Funding or Grants Management/​Industry R&D
2. Familiarity with the Indian and U.S. ST&I ecosystem
3. Knowledge of working in Emerging & Critical Technology (including but not limited to AI, ML, Quantum etc), Energy, and Climate

One year, extendable depending on project requirements and Performance review.

70,000 – 1,00,000 (monthly consolidated) depending on qualifications and experience.

Ph.D. or Master’s in Science or Technology in a STEM discipline from a recognized university in India.

Desirable: Certificate / Diploma in Project Management.

Minimum 3 – 5 years (post PhD.) or 5 – 7 years (post Masters) experience in Science, Technology, Innovation (ST&I)
