ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to support bioinformatics for diagnostic services, while contributing essential expertise to the precision medicine initiative at ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre. An example of responsibilities includes the design and implementation of analytical solutions in clinical diagnostics, analysing large-scale genomic data, working in the cloud computing environment and developing computational pipelines to support continued expansion of next-generation sequencing (NGS) methods. 

Application development tasks may include designing software and pipelines for big data processing, analysis, and visualization. The successful candidate will work with agility on multiple projects simultaneously and should be able to effectively communicate results to non-specialists.
