YIM 2024 will be held at Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal and The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. 

Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal is a half an hour’s drive from Bhopal Airport and a fifteen minutes drive from Bhopal railway station.

Please note: YI and PDF participants are expected to make arrangements for their transportation to Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal on Day 1 of the program and their departure to the airport/​railway station on Day 3 (for YIs) and Day 5 (for PDFs) of the program. Several modes of local transportation exist, including airport taxis and ride-hailing service apps.

On Day 2 of the meeting, transportation will be provided for all participants, mentors, speakers, and resource personnel between Courtyard by Marriott and IISER Bhopal. The approximate time taken for the travel is fifty minutes from the hotel to IISER Bhopal.
