qPCR is a sensitive, specific, and high-fidelity method for measuring gene expression, clinical quantification, genotyping, and molecular diagnostics. This hands-on workshop covers the complete RNA-to-result workflow: total RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, qPCR primer design, instrument setup (Bio‑Rad CFX Opus 96), and data analysis. Participants will gain practical skills and confidence to implement qPCR assays and translate them into novel diagnostic applications for infectious diseases.
