Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai is organising a Workshop on ​‘microRNA target prediction and qPCR expression studies’ from 05^th — 07^th August 2024 (3 Days) at ​‘International Research Center of Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai through physical mode.

The workshop which covers the following topics; Total RNA isolation, miRNA primer designing, qPCRand data analysis, miRNA target prediction (miRanda, RNA hybrid, RNA22), network visualization(Cytoscape), and miRNA-mRNA interaction studies. These hands-on sessions will provide participants with a complete understanding of miRNA research, expression analysis, and the significance of miRNA indiagnostic and translational research.
