The conference will be themed on ​“Man vs. Microbe: The Race for Supremacy”. The theme for the 2015 conference has been chosen with a view to gaining perspective on trends in antimicrobial resistance, the implications of microbial evolution for diagnosis and treatment of of infectious disease , the value of good infection control practices and the use of advanced molecular technology and bioinformatics as constructive epidemiological tools.
