On August 15, 2020 10−00−11.00 am (IST), a lecture will be delivered by Dr. Sugita Thankappan, Former ICAR Scientist , currently working as faculty Karunya Institute, Coimbatore. She is an expertise in employing metagenomics tools for characterizing plant rhizosphere and identifying microbes from extreme environment and characterize them for potential agriculture applications. The lecture will be highly beneficial for undergraduate students and research scholars working on climate smart agriculture.
