The American Association for Cancer Research has a keen commitment to educating young research scholars, trainees, and clinicians. Therefore, the major thrust of this meeting will be to promote awareness of the activities of the AACR on cancer research and education among young research scholars, trainees, and clinicians in India and to create opportunities for collaborations and joint funding for research.
There will be a dedicated session by AACR on Collaboration, Scientific Communication, and Grant Writing aimed at young minds in their formative years. This will be followed by three scientific sessions on Lung Cancer, Gastrointestinal Cancers and Breast Cancer by eminent faculties from leading cancer research institutes of USA, ACTREC-TMC the leading Cancer Research Centre and Hospital in India and by distinguished Faculties from Institutes and Industries across India engaged in Translational Research. There will be poster sessions and short talks from young Investigators and Students, selected from abstracts on cancers relevant to India.
