Zebrafish (Danio rerio) has become a prominent vertebrate model for understanding the pathophysiology of the disease, in vivo model for development, neurotoxicity research and many more. This training program is intended for Students (UG & PG)/ Research Scholars/​Academic Professionals/​Industrialists to understand the use of zebrafish models in scientific research and to provoke their research interest. The workshop includes introductory lectures on zebrafish models and hands-on practical sessions related to zebrafish husbandry, developmental stages, neurotoxicity, Apoptosis assay , histology and immunohistochemistry.
