Lab Animal Workshop provide knowledge about basic Preclinical research in Lab Rats, Mice, Rabbit, Zebrafish, Guinea Pig, Hamster. Participants will be provided hands-on training on handling, restraining, drug administration, anaesthesia, sample collection (blood, organs etc) and Necropsy. It will help students to carry out their research in Preclinical models. Drug Toxicity and dose dependent studu with zebrafish embryos also provide basic research ideas and may explore futuristic research with lab animals.

Centre for Laboratory Animal Technology and Research is a CCSEA approved Animal house facility that provides research and training program to understand the Ethics in Animal Handling and to carry out ethical research with Preclinical models. The event will educate the participants the various aspects of Animal studies and husbandry.
