    • Wysa: A friendly AI chatbot. The app also contains many exercises designed to help with feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.
    • Youper: A CBT-based AI chatbot, with guided support and analysis.
    • Moodpath: A mood tracker that asks a set of mental-health-related questions at regular intervals over a period of two weeks to generate a detailed report that can be presented to a mental health professional. Also includes guided courses and an information library.
    • Dailio: A mood tracker with options for detailed statistical analysis and insights.
