Applications are invited from candidates with qualifications and terms as mentioned below for the TEMPORARY POSITION of Research Associate in the Teaching Learning Centre (TLC).

Number of Posts: ONE (Reserved for SC/ST Candidates only) 

i. The post is purely temporary within the pendency of the TLC Project of the MHRD or the period needed by the TLC, whichever is earlier. 

ii. The Research Associate has to carry out research in any one of the fields related to Teaching, Learning, Evaluation, Development of Teaching-Learning Materials, and ICT Tools for Teaching, etc., under the Mentorship/​Guidance of the Coordinator, Teaching Learning Centre or a Member or Members of the TLC Core Team with proven expertise in these chosen areas. 

iii. He/​She has to assist the Coordinator of the Teaching Learning Centre and the Research Fellows in organizing various activities of the Teaching Learning Centre on priority basis. 

iv. He/​She is eligible to be a Co-Author along with the Mentor/Guide(s) and Research Fellows under the IPR régime. 

v. Tools, Methods, Software, etc. developed through his/​her research work will be the property of the NIT Warangal.

Consolidated salary of Rs 35000/- per month

1. PhD in Engineering/​Technology from an AICTE/UGC/MHRD recognized Institute/​University with a minimum of 55% (or 6 CGPA) at the M.Tech/M.E. level. 

2. A minimum of 2 publications in Scopus/​IEEE journals besides a few presentations in the Conferences/​Symposia (publications in pay-journals are not acceptable) 

3. Upper age limit is 40 years as on 16-01-2019.
