NIMHANS is conducting WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on 23.11.2019 for the post of Junior Scientific Officer(Human Brain Bank, Neurobiology Research Centre) under Department of Neuropathology. The post is purely on contractual basis, initially for a period of 01 year from the date of his/​her joining and depending upon his/​her satisfactory performance of duties can be extended on yearly basis with total tenure not exceeding 03 years.

M.Sc in Biological Sciences (or) B.E. (Biotechnology) with 02 years of Experience

Essential:- 02 Years of experience in Research/​Technical Experience in a R & D Laboratory.

Desirable:-Knowledge of computers, Scientific Literature Search, Data Retrieval, Preparing Scientific material for teaching. Participating in Scientific Exhibitions,

• The eligibility of candidate in respect of age will be determined as on 25.11.2019.
• The candidates should be present at 9.00 AM at the venue.
• There will be written examination which will be followed by Skill test / Interview.
• The candidates who will pass the written test will be shortlisted for the Skill Test/​Interview.
• The candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria are only informed to come on said date and said time for the written test/​skill test/​interview.
• The prescribed Bio-data format may be downloaded from below and submit along with the original certificates, experience certificate etc., with a set of photo copies and two recent passport size photographs at the time of interview.
