The Foundation for Advancing Science and Technology or FAST India, is looking to hire internships for various positions who will assist the requirements of the India Science Festival 2024.

Festival Planning and coordination intern

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good email writing skills and proficiency in English is a must.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and openness to learning.
• Open to Indian nationals only
• No age limit

Social Media and content creator (Remote work)

• A background in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) subjects, communication/marketing-related and design-related subjects are desirable, but not necessary
• An interest in social media marketing and a zeal for content creation, familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn are desirable (For social media and design roles).
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in social media marketing, video editing, designing social media posts and handling Wordpress
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and openness to learning
• Open to Indian nationals only
• No age limit

Design and Website updation (Remote work)

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/​or Illustrator
• Familiarity with using WordPress
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and openness to learning
• Open to Indian nationals only
• No age limit

Internship will start on 1^st November 2022 till 15^th February 2024 (3.5 months). Position may be extended based on performance.

• INR 15K per month (full-time), INR 8K per month (part-time)
• Any costs incurred for inter-city travel/​stay for ISF or any other pre-fest event will be covered by FAST India.
