A Research Associate1 (postdoctoral) position funded by DBT and DFG under the scheme Indo-German Fundamental Research Project in Life Science is available in the Laboratory of Cell Signalling under the guidance of Rashna Bhandari at the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD), Hyderabad. The laboratory studies the metabolism, function and physiology of phosphate-rich small molecules in mammals.

The position is for two years, starting in June/​July 2022.

INR 47000/- plus HRA (if applicable)

Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology or relevant scientific discipline.

Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in protein biochemistry and mammalian cell biology. Experience in working with laboratory animals will be a plus.
