Applications are invited for the post of  Programme Associate at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms, Bengaluru. 

In with the Senior Programme Management team, organize and conduct activities outlined in a ​‘Life science Innovation & Entrepreneurship’ programme related to climate change and its impact on health, agriculture, and environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the ​‘Programme Lead’ in managing various programme-related tasks, including:

• Organizing and executing various programme-related activities, coordinating with key stakeholders, conducting meetings, workshops, networking events, etc.
• Documenting discussions, writing reports, and preparing presentations for the programme.
• Assist in on-field pilot deployments of innovations through groundwork, requiring travel, stakeholder coordination, liaison with startups, feedback collection, and reporting, etc.
• Supporting other C‑CAMP initiatives and activities as needed.

Key Qualities:

• The ideal candidate should be a well-organized individual with good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. The candidate should be a team player who thrives in a diverse and evolving professional environment and has a passion for working in the field of life sciences.
• An interest in designing and drafting communication materials, including graphics, reports, and slide decks, will be considered an advantage

This contractual position is for 6 months and can be extended depending on performance and internal evaluation.

Based on qualification & experience.

Master’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or related scientific disciplines.

2 years of previous experience working in a ​‘Life science Research, Innovation, or Entrepreneurial Ecosystem’ is preferred but not mandatory.
