Plant metabolites and protein profiling — Identification of the significant biomolecules and their application in food/drug industry
Profile
Research fellow will have to optimize few omics approach to the food/medicinal crops: Target biomolecules extraction, data analysis and validation
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments to optimize the metabolome and proteome profile for target plant species.
- Active involvement in the project related outreach activities.
- Responsible for timely good publications for the work carried out and exploring future work.
- Keen on developing products in case found significant
Duration
1 year
Qualification
M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotech/Biochem or M.Tech. in the related field with good academic records
Experience
Candidates having knowledge in advanced omics approach, with hands on experience on biomolecules extraction and bioinformatics analysis for metabolomics and proteomics data.
