Profile
This position will report to Dr Megha, CABHN on a joint project between TDU & CCRAS CARI to document traditional foods of Karnataka. It will involve short-listing recipes and community members, visiting them to video document the recipe and then analysing it from an Ayurvedic as well as nutritional perspective.
Ability to connect with people.
Open mind to travelling across Karnataka.
Thorough knowledge of nutrition of Indian food.
Good written and oral communication skills in at least 2 languages: English and Kannada.
Evidence of skills with digital media such as Blog / Vlog / written articles.
Eagerness to learn new things, disciplined and ability to work to deadlines.
Proficiency of MS Office
Ability to make videos for the social media.

Experience
Flexible. Fresher’s welcome.
Prior knowledge of food concepts of Ayurveda is not needed but the applicant must have an interest to self-learn these on the job.
