Applications on plain paper are invited for the 01 position of JRF/​Project Fellow in DST-SERB funded Research Project entitled ​“Engineering of the probiotic yeast Saccharomyces boulardii for human therapeutics.

The duration of the project is 03 years and the position is purely temporary / co-terminus with the duration of the project.

For JRF Rs. 25000/​per month + 20% HRA, For project Fellow Rs. 16000 +20% HRA.

First Class postgraduate degree in Life Sciences with NET or Post Graduate degree in professional courses (For JRF). Candidates, not having NET qualification may also apply however they would be employed as project fellow as per DST norms.

Working experience with the Yeast genetic manipulation and culturing is desired however it is not necessary.
