Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Project Associate‑I post on a contract basis in the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, GoI-funded project under Dr. P. Govindaraj (Assistant Professor & Principal Investigator) and Dr. Shilpa Rao (Associate Professor, Co-Principal Investigator), Department of Neuropathology, NIMHANS, Bengaluru.

The candidate will work with primary fibroblast cultures, cell lines, and employ biochemical and molecular biology techniques. Applicants with relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Maximum age limit: 30 years

3 years. The Initial appointment will be for 1 year, which will be extendable depending upon the satisfactory performance of the candidate

Basic pay Rs. 31,000+ 24% HRA per month

M.Sc in Life Sciences (First class)

Desirable: Candidates with strong background of Molecular Biology and Cell biology with hands on experience in mammalian culture is preferred.
