We are looking for TWO interns in the ​‘Science Communication’ vertical at IndiaBioscience for the period of 3 months. These are part-time, paid positions.

Intern 1: Responsibilities will include helping in the coordination of projects presently underway in the ​‘Science Communication’ vertical at IndiaBioscience and contributing towards generating content for the IndiaBioscience website and compendia. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong writing skills, a keen interest in communicating science, good organizational capabilities and ability to work in a team.

Intern 2: Responsibilities will include helping in the coordination of projects presently underway in the ​‘Science Communication’ vertical at IndiaBioscience and contributing towards generating content for the IndiaBioscience social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong writing skills, a keen interest in communicating science, familiarity with content relevant to different social media platforms, and the ability to work in a team.

3 months (extendable as required for up to 3 months) STARTING JUNE 1, 2023. This position is open to both in person and remote internships.

A consolidated stipend (INR 15,000/month) will be paid for the duration of the part-time internship.

The candidates will need a Master’s degree in any field of life sciences/​technology.
