RYIM DELHI

About

IndiaBioscience has been organizing Young Investigators’ Meetings (YIM) over the past 11 years to enable and provide a platform for intellectual exchange among young scientists across different scientific disciplines. In order to allow more such interactions to happen at a local level, Regional Young Investigator meetings were begun in 2018. The first two Regional YIMs in Hyderabad and Kolkata were highly successful and allowed researchers from across disciplines to come together to collaborate and share their expertise.

The present meeting will be organized in Delhi-NCR and will be conducted for two days (6 — 7 August 2019) at National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi. This meeting will include keynote/plenary talks, lectures, and poster sessions on advanced and emerging themes, as well as invigorating panel discussions on various trends in life sciences research, which will help boost the career of the young investigators. The meeting will also have group discussions and mentor talks. This meeting will serve as a great networking platform where young scientists and researchers can share their experiences, approaches, contacts, activities outside the lab etc. and build new collaborations. Therefore, we hope that this interactive meeting will enhance knowledge, networking opportunities, and career guidance for young scientists in the Delhi-NCR region.

On behalf of IndiaBioscience and the local organizing committee, we would like to invite all active researchers (Academia and Industry) and science professionals across the life-science sector from the Delhi-NCR region to attend a productive two-day meeting for the advancement of science.
