About the meeting

The goal of science education is not just to learn scientific facts but also to develop a scientific temper. But what is scientific temper? Why should students develop it? How is it relevant to college teaching? The speaker will delve into these questions and explore the role of teachers in instilling scientific temper in college biology students.

The webinar is best suited for educators teaching biology at the undergraduate level. We also welcome scientists, students and other science professionals to join the webinar and enrich the discussions after the talk.

The most interactive participant will receive a free print copy of our compendium Teaching Graduate Biology Vol. 2.
