This popular scheme is conceptualised with the aim of attracting highly skilled researchers (Indian nationals) working overseas in various cutting edge disciplines of biotechnology (agriculture, health sciences, bio-engineering, energy, environment, bioinformatics and other related areas), by providing them an attractive avenue to pursue their R&D interests in Indian institutions.

We have collated a list of FAQs about this scheme that come up regularly at scientific meetings, and will seek and provide answers in the coming weeks. If you don’t see your question here add it in the comments, and we will add it to the list.
