This Cell culture training program is intended for Students (UG and PG), Research scholars, academic professionals, and industrialists to understand the use of in vitro cell culture techniques and their applications in various research as Cancer Biology, Nanotechnology, Physiology, Toxicology, Biochemistry, Cell metabolism, and cell signaling studies. The workshop includes an introductory talk on the importance of cell culture and hands-on practical sessions related to media preparation, Human Cancer Cell reviving, Cell passage, cell counting, Plating, Treatment with chemotherapy drugs and nanoparticles, MTT assay, Apoptosis staining, imaging using inverted fluorescence microscopy, Cell toxicity calculations, and interpretations.
