Official Website →
Event Details
This meeting brings together researchers working across scales – from molecular and structural studies to cellular, genomic, and theoretical approaches to explore the mechanisms, regulation, and diverse functions of SMC complexes across evolution. With recent methodological and conceptual advances transforming the chromosome biology landscape, this workshop aims to foster integrative perspectives and stimulate new collaborations within the community.
This event is at NCBS, a vibrant and scenic research campus in Bangalore known for its strong scientific culture, lush green surroundings, and welcoming atmosphere. December is a lovely time of year here, and we hope the setting will contribute to lively discussions and a memorable scientific exchange.
The aim is to make this meeting as accessible as possible. Registration fee includes accommodation, all meals, local transport, and the gala dinner. In addition, a number of registration fee waivers are available for students and postdocs. Details about eligibility and the application process are provided on the website.
